The statement wavy/squiggle design was popularized in the 80s, attributing it to the Italian postmodern movement influenced by the aesthetics of the Memphis Group.
Wavy base is made from metal tubular bars and base is wood. Greyish blue pleated lamp shade attached with a cream wooden ball. Good working condition, however there are some notable flaws - ball has some damage, one corner of the base has a chip, slight fading on shade (see last photos).
